Therapy was the only option that helped me through my traumas that led into my adulthood. I couldn’t understand way I had some many issues and did not want to believe that childhood trauma and PTSD could be the reason. I felt stuck and like I couldn’t obtain clarity of who I was what I was doing and where I was going in life because of these issues.
As I went through therapy with Chantel, She helped me gain self awareness, confidence, trust in myself. Not only did I become aware of how this traumas developed but how to cope with them. That was the main thing that has help me transform into the woman I am today. I’ve learned how to be my own biggest supporter, my own advocate, and most importantly forgive myself for things I had no control over.

Together we did yoga, photography, art, meditation, and much more. She showed me you don’t need an occasion, reason, or even person to be myself. And I will always have that with me. I will forever be grateful to have experienced this journey with her. And because of her, I have the courage to Do it. Do ME ALONE.
